A soft puff, enveloping a luscious apricot jam combined with a traditional Italian baking technique is the recipe for absolute bliss. Made using naturally leavened “mother dough” with natural yeast and only the best apricots, these Croissants are an all-time favourite.

INGREDIENTS

wheat flour, vegetable oils and fats (palm, sunflower), sugar, yeast (gluten), apricot pulp (9% corresponding to 45% in filling), glucose- fructose syrup, eggs, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, powdered skim milk, salt, flavourings, gelling agent: pectin, acidifying agent: citric acid.
